Apple vs Samsung on Instagram

APPLE VS SAMSUNG ON INSTAGRAM

           Apple's Instagram page, Apple Music, has an array of images featuring numerous musicians, live broadcasts, songs, and album covers. It makes reference to several artists and songs releasing albums, music videos, etc., and is really used to engage and drive attention to ranging artists on a regular basis. What this does is drive traffic to those artists and with the partnership with Apple and iTunes, this in turn, would typically generate sales through Apple's iTunes. Apple knows this and regularly posts images like this to their Apple Music Instagram site.

             Contrastingly, Samsung's Instagram page, Samsung Mobile,
features more content focused on their products, displayed in array of many beautiful and intricate ways. Recent posts features some of their newer smartphones; the Samsung Galaxy S7 and the S7 edge, and feature some of their product's capabilities. Samsung knows this and frequently posts images like this to their Instagram site.

On both Instagram pages, very little to nothing is showed dedicated to any kind of discounts or coupons, but there is a lot of advertising and promotion evident here with hundreds and thousands of likes and comments. Apple's Instagram site has a lot of celebrity sightings, Samsung, not so much. And there does exist some links to other sites, as well as some important keywords in the description.
